Henan Mine Crane Co., Ltd. holds membership in the National Technical Committee for Cranes, its Bridge & Gantry Crane Subcommittee, its Electrical & Intelligentization Subcommittee, as well as the Henan Provincial Technical Committee for Cranes. Dr. Xu Lei, Senior Manager of the company, acts as the Deputy Group Leader of the domestic counterpart expert working group for ISO/TC96 (Technical Committee for Cranes of the International Organization for Standardization).

Henan Mine Crane Co., Ltd. has received numerous honors including the China Standard Innovation Contribution Award, the First Henan Provincial Patent Award and the China Patent Excellence Award.

In 2020, the company joined hands with Henan Special Equipment Inspection Institute to co-build a key laboratory and a cooperative innovative inspection & testing base, pioneering the integrated "Factory within Institute, Institute within Factory" model.

The jointly constructed National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Bridge-type & Light Small Cranes boasts testing capacity for 18 product categories covering 1,125 items (parameters). It covers all links in the whole manufacturing process of bridge-type cranes and has obtained the "Three-in-One" qualification accreditation and laboratory recognition issued by CNCA and CNAS.

The test base is equipped with large self-developed testing equipment including pressure testing machines and electric hoist test benches. It also features IoT Lab for safety monitoring management systems, Electrical Control Lab, Physical Property Testing Lab, Mechanical Property Testing Lab, Structural Analysis & Health Monitoring Lab, Non-destructive Testing Lab and Vibration Testing Lab, which fully guarantee product quality and technological innovation.

The company has also built multiple R&D platforms including a national-level enterprise technology center, a provincial industrial design center and a laboratory for key crane technologies, which provide solid hardware support for technological innovation.

Meanwhile, we have established long-term cooperative partnerships with research institutes and universities such as Beijing Institute of Materials Handling Equipment, Henan Special Equipment Safety Inspection Institute and Harbin Institute of Technology. Drawing on external intellectual resources, we effectively drive the innovative development of crane technologies.
