The company has deployed an intelligent equipment management platform, with more than 600 sets of handling and welding robots installed so far, achieving an equipment networking rate of 95%. Over 100 welding production lines have been put into operation, and the full-line automation rate for finished products stands at 85%.
Fully Automatic Double Girder Main Beam Inner Seam Robotic Welding Workstation
This workstation is mainly designed for automatic welding of inner seams on the main beams of double-girder cranes. After workers load workpieces and complete rough horizontal and vertical centering, the L-arm hydraulic turnover machine rotates the workpiece by ±90°, and the robot performs automatic positioning and welding.
It greatly improves weld quality and boosts the welding efficiency of crane structural components, with prominent advantages especially in the welding of inner seams. The deployment of this workstation also represents another initiative of Henan Mine to care for employees while improving product quality and operational efficiency.
Robotic Welding Workstation for Inner Seams of Single Girder Main Beams
The company has collaborated with Beijing Materials Handling Research Institute (BMHRI) and engaged German crane specialists to develop the Flexible Production Line for Single Girder Cranes. This line enables the output of finished crane main beams every hour, cutting production time by 40% and shortening customer delivery cycles by 50%.
Since 2016, we have gradually introduced robotic welding lines, which can complete all types of welds on our standard single-girder products.
