Crowned gear coupling

All series products of Henan Mining Machinery are standard-equipped with curved-tooth gear couplings. The innovation of this small component has greatly improved the quality and service life of crane products.

Curved-tooth gear couplings are rigid-flexible couplings with the capacity to compensate for radial, axial and angular shaft misalignments. They are widely adopted at home and abroad as standard connecting parts for heavy-load shaft transmission systems.

The company cooperated with Beijing Institute of Material Handling Equipment Design & Research, and engaged German crane specialists to complete the flexible production line for single girder cranes.

Thanks to this line, the main girder production line for cranes can deliver finished products per hour, cutting production time by 40% and shortening customer delivery cycles by 50%.

Since 2016, the company has gradually introduced robotic welding lines, which can complete all types of welds for our standard single girder crane products.
