Overhead Crane

Foundry crane is one of the main equipments in the continuous casting technology of steelmaking.

It is mainly used for pouring melted iron from additive bay of converter to converter; lifting molten steel from refining bay to refining furnace or lifting melted steel from molten steel bay to ladle turret of continuous casting machine.

The overall structure of foundry crane has the following forms: two girder and four girder etc.

Jib Crane

Wall-Traveling Jib Cranes provide long lateral movement of materials without taking up floor space or interfering with large overhead cranes. Wall-traveling jibs increase overall plant productivity by quickly handling smaller lifts.

Gantry Crane

This kind of crane is composed of main girder, support legs, trolley, electric equipment and winch.

Semi Gantry Crane is widely used together with winch or trolley for lifting device in workshop, storage, port and hydroelectric power station and some other outdoor places.
